House policies
What applies to every booking: times, cancellation, children, pets, payment and fees.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 14:00.
- Check-out until 12:00.
Cancellation
- Free up to 7 days before check-in.
- Less than 7 days: 30% of the booking is charged.
Children and extra beds
- Children up to -1 stay free.
- Up to -1: R$150 per night.
- Extra adult: R$150 per night.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
Payment
- We accept debit card, cash.
Taxes and fees
- 5% city tax added to the rate.
Your data
- AQUA by SambaSS processes your data to handle your booking and stay, to assist you and to meet legal duties (the guest registration and invoices).
- We keep what you provide when booking, in the pre-check-in and in our conversations. Cards are processed by the payment provider: we do not store the number.
- Offers only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete what the law does not require us to keep and withdraw consent.
- To do so, contact us through the site.
Cookies
- Essential: always on, so the site and booking work.
Site measurement
- AQUA by SambaSS counts site visits and booking steps (the date search, the chosen room, the booking) to improve the site and offers. It is anonymous: it does not keep your name, e-mail, phone or IP, only where the visit came from (such as an ad or a Google search), the type of device and the country.
- The legal basis is the property's legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX). A first-party cookie that lasts 30 minutes links the steps of the same visit. You can opt out at any time in "Cookie preferences" (or by choosing "Essential only"), and your visit is no longer counted.
